From 8,010 kr per nightEvery Nordic Guest apartment is a whole flat
Every Nordic Guest apartment in Stockholm is a complete flat: its own kitchen and its own bathroom, and in most cases a balcony or a terrace. None of them is a room off a shared corridor, which is why the differences between one flat and another come down to space and address rather than service.
That shape decides the rest. You are booking a home, so what separates the flats is square metres, bedrooms and how far you are from T-Centralen. The Hägersten two-bedroom and the renovated one-bedroom add self check-in, which is worth having if you land in the evening.
The cheapest and the most expensive flats
The spread runs from 1,500 SEK a night to 8,010 SEK, and almost all of it is address and floor space. The Hägersten two-bedroom is the cheapest at 1,500 SEK, and it is also the one that gives you two separate bedrooms rather than a sofa bed, with a balcony and self check-in about 20 minutes from T-Centralen by metro.
Above it sit the renovated one-bedroom at 1,800 SEK, sleeping four on a 160 cm bed plus a 140 cm sofa bed, and the flat with a balcony at 2,100 SEK, where the same beds sit across 53 sqm on a higher floor. At the top, 8,010 SEK buys 150 sqm in Östermalm, and 6,000 SEK buys 100 sqm in the same district with four-metre ceilings.
What the Östermalm flats buy you
Space, and an address you can walk out of. The 150 sqm flat takes only four guests across three bedrooms, so the room is in the living and dining areas rather than the beds, and it has two bathrooms and a bathtub. At 8,010 SEK it is the most expensive.
Karlaplan is the other central option, and it is the one for two people: 4,200 SEK for 70 sqm, a 180 cm bed, a fireplace, a balcony and a lift to the third floor. Between them sits the 100 sqm flat at 6,000 SEK, with four-metre ceilings, two bedrooms and a balcony.
Which flat suits which trip
Couples should start with Karlaplan. One bedroom, a 180 cm bed and 70 sqm is a lot of flat for two people, and the fireplace and balcony come with it.
Families are better served by the Hägersten two-bedroom, which sleeps four across two separate bedrooms, or by the 150 sqm Östermalm flat, which gives the same four guests three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Groups of six have two routes: the Djursholm villa apartment, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a steam sauna and water views at 7,510 SEK, or the penthouse at 5,000 SEK, with three bedrooms, three 160 cm beds, a private sauna and a terrace. If you need a garden or a pool, a flat is the wrong shape, and Nordic Guest's villas are where those come from.
Parking, sauna and air conditioning are not uniform
Parking is the first thing to confirm, because it is not the same from one flat to the next. It comes included with the Djursholm villa apartment, the 150 sqm Östermalm flat and the 53 sqm flat with the balcony. The Hägersten two-bedroom and the renovated one-bedroom have paid street parking, and the Karlaplan, penthouse and 100 sqm Östermalm flats do not list it at all, so ask if you are driving.
Sauna is rarer than the price tags suggest. Two flats have one: the Djursholm villa apartment, with a steam sauna, and the penthouse, with a private three-person sauna and a heated glass lounge. Air conditioning is just as rare, listed only on the penthouse and the renovated one-bedroom.

The Östermalm flats cost several times more and buy you the address and the square metres.
- How many people can stay at Nordic Guest apartment?
- Two at the smallest and six at the largest. The Karlaplan flat takes two guests, most of the others take four, and the penthouse and the Djursholm villa apartment take six.

- Some do. Parking comes included with the Djursholm villa apartment, the 150 sqm Östermalm flat and the 53 sqm flat with the balcony. - Is Wi-Fi free at Nordic Guest apartment?
- Wi-Fi is listed in every flat, and the two Hägersten one-bedrooms specify 100 to 250 Mbps, which is fast enough to stream or work remotely. If you need a guaranteed speed for something specific, confirm it when you book.

- Only two of them list it: the penthouse and the renovated one-bedroom. If air conditioning matters to you, check before booking one of the others.
- Can I check in late at Nordic Guest apartment?
