“Stora Hotellet i Umeå är ett mycket mysigt och fräscht hotell. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, när vi ville byta rum. En negativ sak, och det är förstås inte hotellets fel, är att en del av rummen ligger mot en av de populära nattklubbarna i Umeå. Under sommaren innebär detta ljud från uteserveringen fram till 2 på natten. En annan negativ sak är att frukosten var kaotisk. Slut på bestick, kaffekoppar, mm. Det hade nog varit bra om man blev förvarnad om detta. Men, som sagt, vi fick byta rum enkelt och utan problem. Rummen är väldigt trevliga, de har parkering i parkeringshus (extra bra om vintern), och det ligger fint till. Kommer bo här igen och be om rum som inte störs av ljud (om vi bor här på sommaren).”
