Loop Rentals

“We had an absolute blast renting from them! I booked just 10 minutes before arriving, and the bikes were already set up and ready for collection when we got there. The instructions for both pick-up and return were crystal clear and incredibly easy to follow. We hired an electric cargo bike—which fit myself, our 1-year-old, and our 3-year-old comfortably—plus a separate e-bike for my wife. It was the perfect setup, and we all had the best time exploring. When I ran into a minor issue unlocking the wheels (entirely my own fault!), the person on the phone was incredibly patient, helpful, and reassuring, telling us not to hesitate to call back if we needed anything else. Top-notch customer service, seamless process, and great bikes. We will definitely be using them again!”

“We rented a cargo bike and had a great time exploring further points of the city with the kids.”

“We had a great experience. I booked the bikes 30 minutes before arriving. The family cargo bike was excellent and the electric assist made getting around with 2 kids very easy. Watch their instructional videos and you’ll be fine if you are familiar with urban biking. Stay to the right!”
