“We had an absolutely magical stay at Peace and Quiet Hotel near Jokkmokk at the end of April! From the moment we arrived, everything felt serene, cozy, and perfectly in harmony with nature. The highlight of our trip was without a doubt the unforgettable nights in the glass igloos on the frozen lake. Watching the incredibly intense Northern Lights dancing across the sky right above us was something out of a dream—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and intimate, the surroundings were breathtaking!!! Sleeping under the stars and aurora in such a unique setting is something we will never forget. If you’re looking for a quiet escape, stunning Arctic scenery, and a chance to witness nature at its most spectacular, this place is simply perfect!!! Maybe even the best in the world!!!”

“Stayed here in late April and honestly, the whole experience was pretty surreal — it’s a glass igloo sitting right on a frozen river!! Perfect spot for Northern Lights since there’s basically zero light pollution. Even though it’s late in the season, we experienced full on blooming sky! Super quiet, super unique, and actually really cozy. Definitely worth it if you want something different and a good shot at seeing the aurora.”

“We had a wonderful and very restful stay here, and would highly recommend it. The nature all around is beautiful and quite peaceful. The hut is well designed and felt private. All of the meals that were served were delicious; definitely include these in your stay. The owner is very kind and thoughtful, and we were lucky to spend an afternoon snowshoeing with him.
