Klättercentret Solna

Klättercentret Solna is an indoor climbing gym at Banvaktsvägen 20 in Solna’s former industrial area, opened on Lucia, 13 December 2003, as the first facility in the Klättercentret chain. The hall offers rope climbing, lead climbing, autobelays and bouldering on walls about 4–4.5 metres high above thick safety mats, with roughly 100 routes and 120 boulder problems being maintained and reset regularly. Bouldering is available to visitors aged 12 and over, while rope climbing and belaying require the relevant Swedish climbing licence: green for top-rope belaying and red for lead climbing or lead belaying. The centre is open weekdays from 09:00 to 22:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 20:00; climbing shoes can be rented at reception, and first-time visitors can book a 60-minute introductory bouldering session with an instructor.
