What direct.guide is

direct.guide is a guide where hotels, glamping sites, venues, tour operators and experience providers publish information about themselves: descriptions, prices, availability and local advice, drawn from their own systems.

Each place also has a concierge you can talk to, which answers questions using that place's own information.

We are not a travel agent and not a booking platform. We do not sell accommodation, tours or experiences. When you book, your contract is with the business itself, under their terms and their cancellation policy. We are not a party to it.

Who publishes what

We label two kinds of content on the site.

Pages of places. Maintained by the businesses themselves. Prices, availability and factual details come from their own systems. They are responsible for accuracy.

Everything else. Destination guides and seasonal advice, written by direct.guide from information supplied by the places and by people who know the area.

Businesses in the guide are commercial partners. Partnership pays for the page and the concierge. It does not buy favourable claims: statements that guest review patterns do not support are not published. Our editorial standard is set out at direct.guide/how-the-guide-is-written.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the guide current, and pages update when a business's own systems change. But we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate or complete at every moment.

Prices, availability, opening hours and conditions change. Confirm anything that matters to your booking with the business before you rely on it.

Using the concierge

The concierge uses AI to answer questions. It is helpful but not infallible. It can misunderstand, and it can be wrong about details.

Treat what it tells you as a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. Anything that affects your money or your plans should be confirmed with the business.

Please do not:

  • Use the concierge to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading
  • Attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models or data
  • Use automated tools to send high volumes of messages
  • Share other people's personal data in a conversation

We may limit or block access where the service is being misused.

Using the site

You may browse, read and share direct.guide freely, and link to it.

You may not:

  • Copy substantial parts of the guide to republish elsewhere
  • Scrape the site systematically, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

Access by AI crawlers and agents is governed by our robots.txt and llms.txt files. Where those permit access, it is permitted.

Intellectual property

The design, structure, code and editorial content of direct.guide belong to Your Brand Travel International AB.

Content supplied by businesses — their descriptions, images and prices — belongs to them, and they have granted us permission to publish it.

Trade marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

The guide links to businesses' own websites and booking systems. Once you follow a link, you are on their site, subject to their terms and their privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Availability

We aim to keep direct.guide available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend the site for maintenance or change how it works, and we may add or remove places from the guide.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Swedish law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

  • Losses arising from booking decisions you make based on information in the guide
  • Errors or omissions in information supplied by a business
  • Anything that goes wrong with a stay, tour or experience you book — that is between you and the business
  • Indirect or consequential losses

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Complaints about a stay or booking

If something goes wrong with a booking, contact the business directly. They hold your contract.

If you believe a page in the guide is misleading, tell us at hello@xbrandify.com. We check claims against guest review patterns and will investigate.

For businesses joining the network

If you list a place in the guide, a separate partner agreement applies, covering data processing, content responsibility and commercial terms. These terms cover use of the public site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes fall to the Swedish courts.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and you keep any rights to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
