Sacred Sauna Mood

Sacred Sauna Mood is a social sauna and cold-bathing venue on the third-floor terrace beside the BodyBuddy health café inside MOOD Stockholm, at Mäster Samuelsgatan 18 in central Stockholm, postal code 111 44, near Hötorget. The MOOD location opened on June 1, 2026, as a collaboration between MOOD and The Sacred Sauna, whose co-founder André Bånghäll is associated with the project. Its 20-person ritual sauna combines German Aufguss heat techniques, breathwork, essential oils, music, cold plunges, curated soundscapes, and atmospheric lighting rather than offering a conventional quiet spa sauna. Guided sessions require advance booking, while Open Sauna operates Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 16:30, Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00; these periods can change when guided classes are scheduled.
