Frantzén

Frantzén is a Nordic fine-dining restaurant at Klara Norra Kyrkogata 26 in Norrmalm, Stockholm, postcode 111 22, near Kungsgatan, Hötorget, and Stockholm Central Station. Chef Björn Frantzén and pastry chef Daniel Lindeberg founded the original Frantzén/Lindeberg in Gamla Stan in 2008; after relocating, the present multi-floor restaurant reopened in 2017. Its tasting menu combines Swedish ingredients with Japanese and broader Asian influences, served through an intimate progression of dishes across the restaurant’s floors. In 2018, Frantzén became Sweden’s first restaurant to receive three Michelin stars. It operates by reservation with limited seatings, and bookings should be made well in advance through the restaurant because tables are released in set booking windows and demand is high.
