Kungsparken
Kungsparken is a public park in central Malmö, Sweden, set just west of Malmö City Hall and Malmö District Court and wrapping around Malmöhus Castle. It was originally known as Slottsparken until 1881, and the park was established in the late 19th century under King Oscar II. The park is named for the Swedish monarchy, and its classic landscape design includes winding paths, canals, old trees, bridges, and open lawns right by the castle grounds. One practical detail is that it is an open city park with no ticketed entry, so people usually visit at any time of day for a walk between the castle, the nearby casino, and the center of Malmö.
