Skeppsbro Bageri is an artisan bakery and café in Tullhus 1, the former customs house at Skeppsbron 21 on Stockholm’s waterfront in Gamla stan, with views across the water toward Skeppsholmen. It specializes in organic sourdough bread baked in a stone oven, using flour milled on site, with loaves fermented for at least 24 hours; the counter also offers cinnamon buns, pastries, sourdough sandwiches, coffee, breakfast, and light lunches. The historic customs-house setting, bright café interior, outdoor seating along Skeppsbrokajen, and early weekday opening make it particularly suited to breakfast before exploring the Old Town or walking the waterfront. It opens Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 18:00; arrive early for the broadest choice of bread and pastries, while the weekend bread outlet runs from 11:00 to 18:00.
