Mutantur

Mutantur is a modern sharing-dish restaurant in Malmö founded by chef Alexander Sjögen, serving small to medium plates in a contemporary setting. It opened at Erik Dahlbergsgatan 12–14, just across from the Fersens väg intersection, with its dining room located half a flight of stairs below street level. The restaurant is notable for its Michelin Guide recognition and focus on beautiful, artfully composed Nordic-inspired cuisine. It operates Monday through Friday from 17:00 to 00:00, with no lunch service and closed weekends except for the annual Grosshandlarlunch in December. Tables for the first seating can be reserved by email, but after 17:30 entry is drop-in only, and the venue is cashless.
