Enoteca Sassi

Enoteca Sassi is a cozy Italian wine bar and restaurant at Teatergatan 32, right near the main Avenyn boulevard in central Gothenburg. Primo Pellegrino opened it in 2015 to showcase his collection of over 120 wines, mostly Italian but also from places like France and the United States, served by the glass or bottle with staff ready to explain tasting notes and regions. The menu sticks to simple small plates like polpo con humus di ceci, cured meats, buffalo mozzarella, bruschette, gnocchi, and desserts such as tiramisu or Fabrizio's homemade gelato, plus drinks like Aperol Spritz or Negroni. It has an open, intimate vibe inside that feels like a southern Italian spot.
