KOL & Cocktails

KOL & Cocktails is a grill restaurant and cocktail bar in central Malmö that specializes in charcoal-grilled dishes ranging from shellfish and fish to vegetables and fruit, paired with an extensive wine list. The concept launched in Helsingborg in 2015 and opened its Malmö location at Kalendegatan 16 in 2017, occupying the former exhibition halls of Bukowskis auction house. It sits in Gamla Staden, just a short walk from Malmö Rådhus and Södergatan, near Stortorget. Evenings run until late on weekdays and until 3:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, while lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 14:00. For groups of up to eight, online booking is the easiest option, but larger parties or special requests require emailing boka@kolmalmo.se or calling 040-40 09 89, with a standard seating time of 2.5 hours in the evening and 1 hour at lunch.
