Lilla Kafferosteriet

Lilla Kafferosteriet is a micro-roastery and coffee bar in Malmö that serves its own award-winning coffee alongside pastries, breads, and a selection of beer and wine from small-scale, often organic producers. The café opened inside Claus Mortensens Hus at Baltzarsgatan 24 in Gamla Staden, the old town district just a short walk from Stortorget square. Its standout feature is the on-site micro-roastery where you can smell different bean varieties and ask the staff about the coffee, plus a lush garden that becomes a special summer spot for enjoying beer and wine. On weekdays it opens at 08:00 and closes at 18:00, while weekends start at 10:00 and also end at 18:00. No reservations are needed for regular visits, but arriving mid-morning on weekdays or early on weekends helps you avoid the peak fika crowds.
