Here in Carlsvik, one of Alnön's sawmills once operated long ago – After many years as Virriga Bakverk, we now open the doors to the whole house Virriga. This means more than just pastries; we also add ice cream, kitchen, events, and a bar. Everything is gathered in one place where you can enjoy everything from morning coffee to dinner and delightful live music. The bakery's ovens warm as always, but now the experience is expanded. Virriga will be the name of this new destination. It is still the same idea as from the beginning: personal, lively, and above all, good. Now you can enjoy coffee from our own roastery along with something delicious from the well-stocked cake counter. Homemade ice cream is also available – in a bunch of fun flavor combinations like 'Frizzy Bubble' or 'Ahlgrens cars'. The playfulness is turned up to max, both in terms of offerings, the pastel-colored decor, and not least – the enormous playground right by the water's edge. Veronica Smedh, known from Hela Sverige Bakar, has truly succeeded in creating a summery cake paradise to visit again and again.
