Konferens på Gotland – hela Grå Gåsen för er själva

There's something special about having an entire hotel to yourselves. When you book your conference with us at Grå Gåsen in Burgsvik in southern Gotland, that's exactly what you get. The villa, the barn and the garden – and from mid-May to mid-September, the pool too. It's all yours for the days you're here.You can move around freely, leave your papers on the table and carry on your conversations wherever you like. You meet in the villa, much like in a large living room: around the table, on the sofas or on a pouffe. All the technology you need is of course there too. In the evening we light the fire in the barn, our old limestone barn, and in the kitchen we cook dinner using Gotland ingredients. After that, the evening tends to take on a life of its own.We're a small team, usually three to six people during a conference, and that's one of our biggest advantages. Want to push lunch back an hour because you're in the middle of an important discussion? Of course. Want to have dinner in the kitchen instead of the barn? That works too. Usually you just do it.And yes, this is the house where TV4 films Så mycket bättre. We've of course made something of that. In our own version, each group gets a song from the show, writes new lyrics and performs it in the evening with a real live band in the barn. It has become our most popular conference activity.Want to see more of the island? We're happy to help. Cycle along the coast, hike out towards Hoburgen, play padel at Gåsen Out or book a tasting with Gotland Spirits, Långmyre Vineri or Snausarve Gårdsbryggeri.Having the whole house to yourselves also means you can talk undisturbed, whether you're a management team of ten or a whole company of fifty. In the villa you can hold meetings for up to 30 people. If there are more of you, you gather in the barn or in our large conference room at Gåsen Out, 1.5 km away, where some of the group also stay.
