Green Rabbit
Green Rabbit is a café and bakery specializing in Swedish rye bread, other locally familiar grains, breakfast, soups, fika, and Swedish-style smørrebrød at Tegnérgatan 17, near the Rådmansgatan metro station in central Stockholm. It was created by chefs Mathias Dahlgren, the Michelin-starred restaurateur, and Martin Berg, who developed the bakery around traditional Swedish bread recipes combined with newer ideas. The bakery is particularly known for organic bread baked fresh daily, with rye as its signature ingredient, and for its compact, casual café atmosphere. Current listed hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 to 15:00, Friday from 7:30 to 16:00 or later on some listings, and Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00; Sunday hours are not consistently published, so checking before arriving is sensible.
