Café Pascal
Café Pascal is an independent coffee shop, bakery, and casual breakfast-lunch café at Norrtullsgatan 4 in Vasastan, Stockholm, postal code 113 29. It was founded by siblings Jannet, Hosep, and Arman Seropian, who built the business around specialty coffee, fresh baking, and carefully sourced ingredients. The café serves espresso drinks, hand-brewed coffee, salads, soup, grilled sourdough-style Pain au Levain, cardamom buns, and seasonal Swedish pastries such as semla; its interior combines exposed brick, wooden floors, marble tables, and gold lamps. Café Pascal won the Gulddraken award for Stockholm’s best café in 2015 and later received White Guide’s Café of the Year award in 2021. The Vasastan branch generally opens Monday through Thursday from 7:00 to 19:00, Friday from 7:00 to 18:00, and weekends from 8:00 to 17:00; mornings are best for the fullest pastry selection, while the café can become busy around lunch.
